- What kind of tree do I have?
You can identify most trees simply by looking at the features of the tree (such as the leaves, seeds, fruit, bark, and overall shape of the tree) and referring to a tree key or identification guide to help you identify your specimen. One great tree key can be found on The Arbor Day Foundation's website. For a list of tree species found in Ohio, check out the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Forestry Division's Tree Index. EAB is an acronym for Emerald Ash Borer. The emerald ash borer is a very small, bright green invasive insect that makes its home in, and eventually kills ash trees. One of the best ways to determine if your ash tree is infested with EAB is to look for the exit holes the insects make in the bark of the tree. They are "D" shaped and about 1/8" in diameter. Yes. Our insurance certificate is provided with each estimate.- Will debris from the tree be left in my yard?
Only if you want it to be! Our practice is to leave behind a clean yard unless you have indicated a desire to keep the wood from the tree. If you are willing and able to do the clean up (which is a big job!), you may save a few bucks. - What forms of payment do you accept?
